Jesse is a very personable young man. He explained the different aspects of carpet cleaning and as our carpeting was quite soiled suggested an upgrade in the process. While cleaning he showed me the difference in the section he was cleaning as opposed to the area not yet cleaned. The difference was very apparent. Jesse called me immediately after I submitted the carpet cleaning request on line and arrived at my house as scheduled. I ended up paying about 30% more than what was quoted on the phone for ‘deep cleaning’ of certain areas but he didn’t charge me extra to clean a small area rug (4’x4′).
