The results were noticed the next day by others not involved in the process who commented how bright the colors of the fabric looked. I did have to remind him that the job wasn’t done until the furniture was moved back to its original place. Without hesitation, he and his assistant jumped to do the final task. “

Jesse responded to my request and could schedule the job the following morning. He was on time, very nicely dressed, had a clean truck and very good equipment. He explained the process he would use to bring my carpets back to “life” and what I could expect as results. He did not disappoint me. The carpets were 15 years old and looked like new when he left. Jesse called me immediately after I submitted the carpet cleaning request on line and arrived at my house as scheduled. I ended up paying about 30% more than what was quoted on the phone for ‘deep cleaning’ of certain areas but he didn’t charge me extra to clean a small area rug (4’x4′).
